Question 1

What is Veblen?

Accepted Answer

Veblen is a private hospitality and lifestyle management service based in Miami. You tell us what you want — a yacht, a dinner, a car, a full weekend — and we handle every detail from arrival to departure.

Question 2

How does Veblen work?

Accepted Answer

It works in three steps: Request, Curate, Confirm. You tell us what you want, we review and confirm availability with our partners, then we send you a proposal. You approve it and we handle every detail.

Question 3

What does Veblen membership include?

Accepted Answer

Veblen Membership ($1,500/year) includes a dedicated AI concierge that remembers your preferences, priority request handling, pre-trip planning, direct concierge messaging, and saved companions and occasions. Veblen Signature ($5,000/year) adds a dedicated point of contact and coordination across destinations.

Question 4

What areas does Veblen serve?

Accepted Answer

Veblen primarily serves Miami, Florida, including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and surrounding areas. Signature members can request coordination across destinations beyond Miami.

Question 5

How do I request something from Veblen?

Accepted Answer

You can request anything from the Veblen app or website. One request handles the moment — a yacht, a dinner, a car, a full weekend. No browsing, no planning. Just tell us what you want and we handle the rest.
